Welcome to Design Suvidha! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Design Suvidha's Website and Services.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Design Suvidha's website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Services Rendered

Design Suvidha offers digital marketing services, including but not limited to Video Creation (cinematic reels, AI ads), Meta Ads Management, Website Design (custom 3D and responsive structures), Google My Business (GMB) Setup/SEO, Graphic Design, and Social Media Handling.

2. Payments and Retainers

Client agrees to pay Design Suvidha the fees specified in the chosen package or custom quote. Retainer plans are billed on a monthly basis, in advance, prior to the start of the service month. Payments are non-refundable once the work on campaigns or assets has initiated.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide necessary access, assets (raw videos, logos, images), and prompt feedback as required for the design and execution of campaigns. Delays in providing materials may impact campaign timelines and delivery schedules.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all source files, website code, graphic files, and custom video creatives developed by Design Suvidha will belong to the client upon full payment of the invoice. Design Suvidha retains the right to display the completed work in its marketing portfolio.

5. Limitation of Liability

Design Suvidha does not guarantee specific sales, conversions, or GMB positions as they depend on market variables, ad budgets, and search engine algorithms. In no event shall Design Suvidha be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the monthly retainer agreement by providing a 15-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Outstanding invoices for work completed must be settled immediately upon termination.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
